Hi, I'm Samantha — therapist, owner & founder of Embodied Holistic Healing.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I work collaboratively with individual clients to help them cultivate healthy, empowering, and intentional connections with their authentic self, their bodies, and their relationships.

My Counseling Approach

As a counselor, I incorporate aspects of Mindfulness, Somatic (Body-Based) Awareness, Meditation, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a strong emphasis on humanistic, client-centered, multicultural, feminist, and queer theories to help individual clients cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and understanding of themselves and the world around them. I will ally with you to create a roadmap for healing based on your values that will include holistic and integrative evidence-based treatments.
